On 10 May 2024, a workshop led by senior Tagoreans from classes Xi and XII was organised to sensitize the students in Classes IV and V about discrimination based on caste, creed, origin, and color. Through personal anecdotes and interactive Q&A, they engaged the younger students, encouraging them to share anecdotes and perspectives. The workshop sought to instill a deeper understanding of diversity and inclusivity, emphasizing the need to create a harmonious and equitable society. They understood that ‘Diversity is about embracing one another’s uniqueness.”
By fostering open dialogue and empathy, the workshop effectively highlighted the importance of equality and respect for all.
