On 04 July 2026, the school organised three Faculty Development Sessions to strengthen classroom practices in alignment with CBSE pedagogical recommendations. Based on the CBSE Toy-Based Pedagogy Manual, CBSE Experiential Learning Manual, and CBSE Art Integration Manual, the sessions provided a platform for departments to share their learning, insights and practical classroom applications.
The Mathematics Department presented key practices from the CBSE Toy-Based Pedagogy Manual, demonstrating how toys, games and hands-on activities can make mathematical concepts engaging, meaningful and conceptually rich.
The Language Department (Hindi, Sanskrit and French) shared classroom strategies inspired by the CBSE Experiential Learning Manual, highlighting learner-centred approaches such as icebreakers, poetry, videos, role-play and collaborative activities that promote active participation and deeper learning.
The Social Science, Commerce and Economics Departments showcased practices from the CBSE Art Integration Manual, illustrating how visual and performing arts can be meaningfully integrated into classroom teaching to enhance engagement, interdisciplinary learning and conceptual understanding.
The sessions reflected the school's continued commitment to implementing CBSE pedagogical frameworks and NEP 2020, while fostering collaborative learning, professional growth and innovative teaching practices across departments.
