Leadership is not merely about guiding others—it begins with self-awareness. To instill this philosophy, a Leadership Training Camp was organized on Saturday, 23 August 2025, at Delta 105, Gurugram, for the Student Council members of Classes VIII, XI, and XII. The day commenced with an insightful session by Mr Rohit Kumar, who is an educator, author, and training specialist with 30 years of experience conducting unique, high-impact workshops and training seminars on emotional intelligence and personality types. He is known for his workshops that encourage introspection and self-discovery. This was followed by simulation and adventure-based activities that strengthened teamwork, problem-solving, and communication. The camp concluded with students emerging more confident, better connected, and deeply committed to their leadership journeys.
