On 13 January 2025, students of Class IX attended an enriching and inspiring session by Gp. Capt. Shubhanshu Shukla at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, organised by the National Book Trust (NBT). During the session, he shared fascinating insights into his journey as an astronaut and explained the rigorous training undertaken for space missions, including preparation for long-duration stays in microgravity. He also spoke about the physical and psychological challenges of living in space. The interaction concluded with students presenting him a book and receiving autographs. The session left students motivated to explore careers in science, technology, and space research.
