On 19 October we proudly hosted Lead On! 2024, our 15th annual Leadership Summit, a dynamic platform where the leaders of tomorrow gathered to shape the future. Organized entirely by the school’s Student Council, this event has consistently brought together bright young minds from across Delhi NCR, fostering their leadership potential.
This year’s theme, Dare to Differ, urged Gen-Z to challenge conventions, celebrate individuality, and lead with courage. Forty prestigious schools participated, with student leaders engaging in thought-provoking discussions and activities designed to sharpen their leadership skills.

The day began with an exciting icebreaker where participants sketched stories based on specific themes, sparking creativity and innovative thinking. The summit’s highlight was the insightful keynote speeches by Ms. Bansuri Swaraj and Papa CJ. Ms. Swaraj inspired students to dream big and build the necessary skills to achieve those dreams, while Papa CJ, with his signature wit, encouraged them to break free from
societal expectations and pursue true happiness.

Interactive leadership activities, including Cliffhanger and the thrilling Scavenger Hunt, challenged students to collaborate and problem-solve under pressure. Lead On! 2024 left participants empowered, ready to lead boldly, and equipped to shape a brighter future.
