The 16th edition of Lead On!, the Annual Leadership Summit of Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar, was held on 18 October 2025. With the theme ‘Lead Beyond Limits’, the summit united 80 student leaders from 40 prestigious schools across Delhi-NCR. The event opened with ‘Face It!’, an icebreaker that sparked creativity and camaraderie. Ms Priya Sahgal, Editorial Director at NewsX, captivated the audience with her experiences as a journalist who has interviewed India’s most prominent political figures. She spoke about courage, clarity, and truth in communication — the hallmarks of responsible leadership. Mr Sudhanshu Mittal, BJP Spokesperson and President of the International Kho Kho Federation, inspired students with his anecdotes, humour, and reflections on discipline, humility, and self-belief. A series of leadership games — ‘Know Your Cards’, ‘DeaLemma’, and ‘Circus Maximus’ — tested teamwork, communication, and strategy. The summit truly reflected the school’s ethos of nurturing confident changemakers ready to lead beyond limits.
