A 15-day internship at Parwarish Cares Foundation, undertaken by Hope and Sahana, offered a unique insight into a trust-based, inclusive workplace culture. Conducted in June 2025, the experience encouraged curiosity, collaboration, and self-reflection. Rather than assigning rigid tasks, the organization fostered critical thinking and meaningful dialogue. Interns actively engaged in projects and built lasting peer connections. With warmth, thoughtful mentorship, and shared community moments, this internship became a transformative journey of personal growth, empathy, and purpose-driven learning.
