Shaping Safer Digital Futures - TIS at the National Consultation

Ms Seema Mongia, Head of Department (Computer Science) and CBSE/NMM Resource Person, represented Tagore International School, Vasant Vihar, as the sole panellist from the school-education sector at the National Consultation on Emerging Online Harms and Offences Against Children held at India International Centre on 25 September 2026. Organised by Matri Sudha in partnership with DCPCR, the consultation brought together policymakers, law-enforcement officials, child-rights organisations, media and education stakeholders. Ms Mongia highlighted the pre-disclosure gap in child online safety and shared the school’s cyber-safety initiatives and classroom insights, contributing to discussions on strengthening child-centred digital safety frameworks.
